NUTRITIONIST/DIETICIAN SUITE LEASE - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Are you an Allied Health Professional wanting to work out of one of the premier fitness and recreation facilities on the Mornington Peninsula?
Peninsula Leisure is currently seeking expressions of interest from Allied Health Professional’s for the lease of a consulting suite within the Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) facility. With frequent requests for this service from our members, PARC is hoping to integrate a health professional into our current Allied Health department which currently includes an exercise physiologist and a physiotherapist.
PARC is a world class aquatics and leisure facility in Frankston, and as such we are seeking a reputable and respected Allied Health tenant that will have the ability to add to the high standard of service that is currently delivered at PARC.
**As part of the leasing agreement, the lease would include**:
a potential client pool of almost 10,000 PARC members and over one million centre visitations each year
Waiting room area, bathroom, electricity, and cleaning services included within lease.
access to a fully equipped PARC gym, fitted out with the latest TechnoGym equipment.
access to a hydrotherapy pool, with direct access from the treatment space.
a dedicated storage room.
the ability to generate referral networks with the existing 100+ PARC Personal Trainer & Group Exercise staff, in addition to our other Allied Health professionals.
the ability to periodically liaise with the Peninsula Leisure Marketing team to promote the Allied Health business
a dedicated liaison point (Peninsula Leisure Health and Fitness Manager) to discuss ongoing tenant relationship.
client access to Peninsula Leisure’s PARC Plus which includes hundreds of hours of Group Exercise classes, nutrition and wellbeing tips, and exercise demonstrations.
