**Your new role**
Working as a project supervisor in a wider team of 12, you will be the main link between the tenant and employer; being held accountable for project planning, work scheduling and on site supervision of contractors for the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Your day to day duties will also include;
- Reactive maintenance schedule planning
- Mediating confrontational situations
- Approvals on maintenance contract spend
- On call rotational roster (4 times a year)

**What you'll need to succeed***
- A building trade background with supervisor's license (preferred)
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
- White Card & Asbestos Awareness
- Ability to obtain a WWVP card
- Stung work ethic
