
Contact Centre Loans Consultant

**Role**:
This is a Full-Time opportunity working within the span of hours on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday and an alternate Saturday shift.
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated Personal Lending experience, Home Loan experience desirable
- The ability to identify gaps in our customers portfolio and offer additional products and services to enhance their banking relationship
- The ability to build rapport quickly with Greater Bank’s customers, ensuring we promote and maintain long lasting relationships
- Exceptional phone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to quickly learn and understand detailed information relative to Greater Bank’s products and services, which will enable you to explain this to our customers’ needs and provide key features and benefits
