**About the Role**:
With opportunities across various stores in Melbourne, we are looking for _**polished, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Stylists & Consultants **_to join the Calibre team on a **Full Time basis**. You will be the face of the brand, offering luxury service to our _**VIP clientele**_, whilst supporting the Store Business Manager. You will be responsible for:

- Working one on one with customers to provide a luxury outfitting and styling service
- Displaying strong knowledge of Calibre products to customers
- Helping to build our VIP customer database

**About You**:
Our ideal team member will have a passion for the fashion industry, and bring a professional and enthusiastic approach to the role. You will strive to produce the highest quality service to our customers, and create a memorable experience for anyone walking through the Calibre doors. We are also looking for:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service
- The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment
- Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and targets
- An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new things

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
