Job Description
The HR Coordinator - Talent & Development will work closely with regional business teams to support training and development and talent acquisition programs in and across the region, with primary focus on Australia and New Zealand. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator - Talent & Development will work alongside the regional talent development and talent acquisition teams as well as working closely with the ANZ partners and practice leaders to assess needs and help implement solutions.
Core responsibilities of the role include:
Talent Development
- Facilitating regional and global learning & leadership programs
- In ANZ, overseeing the implementation of global training initiatives regionally
- Providing support on the development and implementation of training and assessments for Graduates and Lawyers
- Supporting performance management exercises, including the annual review process, mid year review, probation review
- Supporting new hires through the onboarding process and checking in routinely to identify issues
- Executing core training programs in Australia and New Zealand (including face-to-face and digital/virtual), including onboarding, compliance, service, sales & leadership, among others
Talent Acquisition
- Maximising all available recruitment platforms to map out a targeted talent pool and building up the potential talent pipeline for the region
- Providing support in organising interviews and assessments
- Participating in graduate recruitment initiatives - building relationships with universities campuses and strategies graduate talent programmes
What you’ll bring to this role
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Well organized and detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to manage relationships across the business and have superb partnering and team building skills.
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and develop
