We are looking for experienced Inbound sales agents to join our existing A team

Sales or customer service experience would be beneficial for this role. Experience in Customer Service fields such as contact center, retail or hospitality are also highly regarded. The position will be on a casual basis and hours will vary with weekly rosters Mon-Fri between 8am - 7pm

A BIT ABOUT YOU- Excellent in customer service- With excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills.- Able to solve problems and work as part of a team- Adept in learning quickly- Complaint-handling experience is an advantage.

Key Functions of Position- Providing smart, effective and efficient service to customers- Act quickly and decisively in determining customer needs- Promote the relevant client brand as the leading provider by delivering quality customer service to new and existing customers- For inbound customers you must respond to enquiries about relevant client promotional offers- Identify sales opportunities, up selling and cross selling of products to new and existing customers- Address complaints or fault inquiries and transferring calls as required to appropriate personnel in order to achieve a positive customer outcom

Compliance- Comply with all Quality requirements and scripting at all times- Ensure all privacy requirements are adhered to- Process bill payments (direct debit and credit), concessions and credit checks as required- Accurately enter all data including relevant and appropriate notations on customer files- Implement and observe all Acquire conditions of employment and policy guidelines, with particular regard to Information Security- Commitment to maintain all company code of conduct, behaviour and workplace health and safety procedures- Perform various duties and projects as allocated by the Team Leader or members of Management- Contribute to effective one-on-one and/or team meetings with the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager- Respond to Performance Improvement Plan stipulations and any coaching requirements- Actively participate in team and department activities

POSITION COMPETENCIES

The successful incumbent will possess and demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- Experience_

Previous experience in a customer service environment is mandatory

Sales and/or customer service background, ideally in a Contact Centre environment
- Qualifications_

No essential requirements, however, studies in Telecommunications (Customer Contact) or relevant Certificate 4 qualifications would be highly regarded
- Skills_- High level of literacy and numerical skills- Ability to effectively use computers and IT systems- Clear and Effective communication skills- Sales and Negotiation skills- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Attributes_- Able to manage time effectively, works with a sense of urgency whilst maintaining attention to detail- Relates well to all kinds of people, able to build rapport and out people at ease- Results orientated with the ability to meet targets
