**About the Role**

As a Marketing officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract potential buyers, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for market research, digital and traditional advertising, and implementing strategies that align with Plus Agency’s sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Plus Agency’s property listings and brand.
- Conduct market research to analyse consumer trends, property demand, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design effective lead-generation strategies and enhance client engagement.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives to ensure efficiency and impact.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends to develop forward-thinking marketing approaches.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:
