**About the Company**

Our client, a prominent nationwide rehabilitation and safety company, is actively searching for a skilled rehabilitation consultant to join their team in Parramatta, NSW. With over 20 years of industry expertise, they provide extensive services in Rehab, Wellbeing, and Safety to numerous Australian businesses and workers.

At this company, the team is dedicated to minimizing the economic and personal impact of illness and injury through the promotion of a positive safety culture in workplaces across Australia. They highly prioritize efficient systems, consistent service delivery, professional demeanour, and fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
- Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
