**Your new role
- International Operations Coordinator**

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of International Operations Coordinator.
- Focused on executing end to end export/import operation tasks and processes.
- Quoting Door to Door International Freight
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage import/export job registrations and handle documentation submissions.
- Coordinate closely with service providers to ensure the timely and efficient arrival of cargo.
- Develop and maintain expertise in all aspects of import/export operations.
- Coordinating the entire airfreight and seafreight processes, liaising with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.

**What you will need to succeed**
- International Operations Coordinator experience
- Ability to execute end to end export/import operation tasks and processes.
- Exceptional personal presentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the freight industry.
- Willingness to work out of hours when necessary.
- Ability to plan and coordinate to deliver desired outcomes within given timeframes is a must in this role.
- Knowledge and use of CargoWise and OneStop software.
- Assertive and proactive approach to tasks.
