**The Position**:
We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge, where you can directly make a difference within the supply chain team. Working out of our Eagle Farm head office you will be an integral member of the supply chain team with a primary focus on vendor management and the timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.

***About You**:
**Principle Responsibilities and Duties**
- Vendor sourcing, onboarding, due diligence, price negotiations and vendor management
- Conduct Vendor Performance reviews (quarterly or half yearly) and take part in internal procurement audits
- Coordinate freight and logistics; including shipments, invoicing, relationship management and cost saving initiates
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive change and continuous improvement in the management of key suppliers
- Adhoc Duties to support the Supply Chain Function as required

**The ideal person will possess**:

- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
- A demonstrated understanding of logistics, warehousing and inventory
- Experience dealing with Freight Forwarders & Domestic / International Carriers
- Knowledge of international trade including demonstrated experience negotiating with overseas vendors in Oil & Gas or Heavy Machinery
- Experience and knowledge of Vendor Performance Management
- Good systems skills with a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems coupled with strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to influence staff and drive continuous improvement. The role will be required to develop various processes and procedures to ensure successful execution.
