**Your New Role**:
Are you a driven, early-career professional with 2+ years of experience in customer experience, analysis, or consultancy? Do you have a hunger to learn, grow, and make an impact? As a Customer Experience Lead at LivedCX, you’ll be at the forefront of mapping customer journeys, gathering insights, and collaborating with our product teams to help shape the future of customer experience. This role offers huge growth potential for someone ready to take the next step in their CX career.
**Your new Responsibilities**:

- Map customer journeys and interactions, helping to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Use data analysis and insights to recommend enhancements and prioritise improvements.
- Support Agile product development with a focus on customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
- Participate in client workshops to help drive CX transformation.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in CX, consultancy, analysis, or similar fields.
- Customer-Centric Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and prioritise customer needs.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A critical thinker with a knack for breaking down complex challenges.
- Product & UX Curiosity: Interest in product development and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
- Agile Approach: Understanding of Agile environments and collaborative work practices.
- Melbourne-Based: This role requires close collaboration, so we’re looking for someone local to Melbourne.
