**Job Description**:
SGS is currently looking for a Surveyor to join the team.

Duties include, however, not limited to:

- Controlling and directing shipping operations to ensure the secure and efficient loading and transport of cargo.
- Surveys of terminals & ships tanks to ensure they are clean and maintained in accordance with operating procedures to maintain cargo integrity. Surveys may include: crude, gas & chemicals.
- Perform general marine inspections - including but not limited to on / off hire and bunker condition surveys; hold / tank cleanliness inspections;
- Independent witnessing and verification carried out during the LNG, LPG and Condensate loading process (quantity verification).
- Independent witnessing and verification all LNG, LPG and Condensate sampling and analysis activities carried out on-board Prelude FLNG.
- Commercial stream sample container inventory management. Including the preparation for storage and transportation to onshore for testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Chemistry Qualification, preferably Bsc. In chemistry
- Experienced / Qualified Surveyor / Inspector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid Australian Driving License
- Obtain and maintain Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) & BOSIET-CAEBS.
