**About the role at Mediabrands**

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join us as the first point of contact for Mediabrands and all the business units within the building. Located just a short walk from Central Station and the Chalmers St Light Rail, we are ideally located wherever you happen to be commuting from in the wider Sydney area.

This ‘front of house’ role requires someone with excellent people skills, personable and professional and motivated to provide high quality customer service when greeting clients and media representatives when they walk through our doors. The role requires you to turn your hand to a variety of tasks, supporting the Office Manager and Administration team as well as co-ordinating and taking ownership of specific activities and small projects. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Answer, screen and direct all incoming telephone calls for all business units
- Ensure that the reception area, meeting rooms, kitchen station and utilities areas are well kept and stocked
- Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Organise couriers for local and interstate outgoing deliveries
- Co-ordinate events/meetings and boardroom bookings/media activations/pitch events as required
- Manage music for the office (we love music playing in the background all day)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
