We are looking for a highly organized and professional Compliance Officer to support our HSE and Quality Assurance teams. Based in Brisbane you will support the GM HSE, GM Quality Assurance, and their teams across Australia.

**More about this role**:
This role is responsible for supporting the national HSE and Quality Assurance teams with a wide range of administrative activities in the following areas: Staff onboarding, training records management, internal document control, meeting preparations, performance reporting and regulatory reporting.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Document Management for both teams.
- Admin support: employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Uploading of Induction training records.
- Updating access privileges for relevant staff to reporting platforms.
- Internal meeting preparations.
- Data consolidation, verification, and presentation.
- Supporting annual regulatory reporting.
- Assisting with any other preparations.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Proficient at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience working in the Airline or Airline Services industry would be and advantage.
