**About the Role**:
We’re hiring dedicated Control Room Operators to manage high-profile facilities and locations across metropolitan Sydney. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee CCTV surveillance, respond to alarms, and monitor communication systems while managing multiple security scenarios and making quick, effective decisions in real-time.

**Note**: A valid NSW 1A Security Licence is required for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including managing responses to incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare and deliver shift operational briefs and assign duties to staff.
- Operate and manage technical systems, including complex data entry.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and observation through surveillance systems (CCTV).
- Respond promptly to alarm activations.
- Oversee and manage access control systems.
- Maintain accurate records, including communication logs and detailed reports.
- Manage and distribute operational security equipment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- NSW 1A Security Licence (1E is highly regarded).
- At least 12 months of experience in the security industry.
- Proven experience in control room operations with technical systems.
- 3 to 6 months of control room-specific experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Card.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Full NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Working With Children Check.
