**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a dynamic team in a bustling warehousing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $65,313.54 - $89,905.76 per year
