Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, has two great opportunities available for our new Clarendon Homes display team in Brighton-Le-Sands NSW.

We’re looking for two motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our sales team:

- A Full-Time Sales Associate - perfect for someone starting or growing their career in new home sales.
- An Experienced New Home Sales Consultant - ideal for a proven professional ready to help clients build their dream home.

**Sales Associate -**

- As the welcoming face of Clarendon Homes, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for every visitor to our display centre while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations.
- You’ll handle customer enquiries, manage leads, assist with marketing initiatives, and maintain the presentation of our display homes and office.
- You’ll thrive in this role if you’re confident, friendly, and highly organised, with a strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- You’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and available to work onsite 5 days per week, including weekends.

**New Home Sales Consultant - Experienced**

- As an experienced New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their home-building journey — from first enquiry to contract signing.
- You’ll qualify leads, present home designs, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional customer experience.
- You’ll bring proven experience in new home or residential property sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven attitude.
- You take pride in your presentation, manage your time efficiently, and are available to work onsite 5 days per week, including weekends.
