**Position overview -**

We are currently seeking a detail orientated and customer-focused Central Reservations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In your role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless booking process, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

**Key responsibilities -**
- Accurately enter and update reservation requests in the system
- Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reports
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients’ needsMaintain UpToDate knowledge of our villages and services

**Skills and experience -**
- Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JDE & RMS9A sound understanding of data processing, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices and time sheets
