An exciting opportunity for a passionate, highly motivated, and focused Team Leader who is committed to a vision of creating positive, nurturing environments for children to grow and learn. Join our growing team and be part of our thrilling expansion across the Illawarra including our increasing footprint in our development of new Early Learning Centres.
The Team Leader provides operational oversight, leadership, mentoring and support to the CatholicCare Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinators and Educators. It will promote quality learning, care and education to OSHC services by working alongside the OSHC Leadership staff in developing and mentoring the team.
This is a permanent full-time position based in the Illawarra area, working 38 hours per week.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Children's Services
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience in Childcare/OSHC Sector
- Superior knowledge of Frameworks, Regulations and Law that underpin the OSHC Sector
- Excellent time management skills in achieving team outputs and deadlines
- A current First Aid certificate
