The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team in Pakenham as our Regional Manager - Speech Pathology Services The team currently consists of 5 Speech Pathologists with another 3 AHA's on board. There is scope to expand our services considerably to meet the local demand

You will join a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. Our clinic in Pakenham focusses primarily on early intervention, school age & adolescent clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in your client’s personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.

The type of assessments and interventions you will provide will include:

- Communication Assessments
- Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
- Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
- Ongoing therapy

**Learning and Development**

**A few requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- Experience managing or leading teams of early career Speech Pathologists within a clinic, hospital or community setting
- Experience working within the NDIS sector (preferred)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
