**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children with special needs.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- **Take on a mentoring role and work closely with your Area Manager to support the needs of the service and region.**:

- Have the opportunity to step up into the area manager role and enhance your leadership skills
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- **Monday to Friday
- no weekend work**

***ABOUT YOU**:

- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and has experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential.
- Employee Blue Card valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid **HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting**.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
