We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor at Albury Wodonga Military Area. This position will provide effective management of all resources associated with the delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services.

**Your day to day activities**:

- Conduct cleaning audits in accordance with the agreed schedule
- _Overseeing the cleaning schedules and making last minute adjustment as required_
- _Conducting daily prestart meeting with the Cleaning Teams _
- _Supporting Cleaning and Housekeeping Coordinator in entering time and attendance, leave management, stock audits and ordering_
- Deliver specialised cleaning activities in accordance with the CMP
- Manage and oversee accommodation and reception desk services including pre and post occupation inspections of accommodation
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and consumables for user cleaning (e.g. gyms, kitchenettes, living-in accommodation, health facilities) is provided
- Ensure the housekeeping and cleaning team are customer focused to deliver superior service to all Defence members

What you’ll bring:

- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory);
- Relevant qualifications in Cleaning, Asset Maintenance and Business Management (preferred);
- Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role with strong client services skills and significant cleaning and housekeeping industry experience;
- Strong leadership qualities/skills
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite; with administration experience
- Must hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
