Hi there We are a premier luxury hotel in Melbourne City, with a commitment to excellence in hospitality. We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to provide discrete support to our esteemed team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff in their daily duties, including room cleaning, linen replacement, and routine maintenance, ensuring work quality meets hotel standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and promptly address guest complaints and requests.
- Ensure an adequate supply of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and be responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep.
- Train new employees, develop training plans, and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing necessary feedback and guidance.
- Coordinate the work of the housekeeping department with other departments to ensure good teamwork and efficient workflow.
- Assist in the development and execution of the housekeeping department's budget, control costs, and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to and enforce hotel safety regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid working visa in Australia, PR/citizen is preferred.
- Speak fluent English.
- Familiarity with hotel room cleaning and maintenance processes, and knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment usage and management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with both staff and guests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain work efficiency.
- Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to remain calm under pressure and react quickly.
- Degree or certificate in hotel management or a related field preferred.

**Applications**:
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
