Soak City is on the hunt for a vibrant, outgoing, and confident Field Sales Representative to join our growing team on a casual, part-time basis. We specialise in high-energy party and event experiences, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in social environments and is passionate about meeting new people.

**Your main role will be to actively sell event tickets** on the street and in high-traffic areas, engaging with the public to promote Soak City events, sell ticket packages, and drive brand awareness. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own day while working towards achievable KPIs, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role depending on performance.

**About You**
- Female, aged 18-27
- Bubbly, outgoing, and approachable
- Well spoken with excellent communication skills
- Confident and resilient, not afraid of rejection
- Experience with cold sales or street sales preferred
- Independent and self-motivated, you don’t need to be micro-managed
- A people person who loves chatting and building connections
- Comfortable working flexible hours, mainly weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays)
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport
- Well presented and adaptable to different environments
- KPI-driven and results-focused

**What We Offer**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $200.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Night shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
