**Your new role awaits**:
We have an opportunity to join the team as a Metro Service Manager, looking after our **Melbourne Metro Branches** with regular travel across this area. Leading our major maintenance workshops and field service teams, your primary responsibility will be ensuring our assets are maintained in line with safety, legal, quality and budgetary requirements, managing a portfolio of resources within the region.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Proactively drive a Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture
- Implement strategic improvement plans for the Region
- Create action plans and set project goals for service initiatives in productivity and effectiveness
- Maintain resource and staff levels in line with maintenance demands and budget requirements
- Ensure your service team maintains equipment reliability and presentation standards
- Display relentless customer focus and build key customer and supplier relationships

**About you**:

- Proven ability to develop and maintain a safety-first culture
- Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
- Strong leadership and prior management experience with a diverse maintenance team
- Ability to travel across various workshops and branch networks across the Melbourne Metro Region.
