**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will lead and manage the community of practice for portfolio, program and project management (P3M), to promote efficient and effective streamlined practices whilst continuously improving P3M capability and maturity.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Model good leadership to inspire direction and delivery, develop people, and drive change.
- Manage and continually improve all aspects of the PMLC framework, policies, processes, and tools and coordinate working groups as required to develop the PMLC.
- Develop PMLC training plans, and coordinate delivery of training courses to drive PMLC capability for the organisation.
- Develop a community of practice for project management to share knowledge and improve the maturity of project management practices.
- Monitor projects to ensure the correct use of systems, processes, and tools and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of PMLC processes, including compliance and consistency of use.
