**About the role**:
We have a parental leave cover/fixed-term opportunity for a Team Lead - Marketing Services

The Marketing Services team, as part of the Brand and Campaigns team are responsible for providing advice and customer communications solutions for areas of the business that need to reach many customers at once. With a particular focus on stakeholder relationships including water efficiency and community engagement communications, we take a collaborative approach to deliver on our Thrive 2035 objectives.

**What the role will involve**:

- Lead, coach and mentor a team of communications specialists to deliver omni channel communications solutions to meet business goals. Examples of current projects in flight include the Digital Metering Program, Waterwise Regional Towns, Waterwise Offers as well as supporting a range of capital projects.
- Providing brand advice and guidance in order to embed our new brand positioning throughout the business.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Measuring and reporting success and areas for improvement, including input into monthly performance reporting.
- Providing communications support during corporate incidents, for example - water outages, bushfires or billing incidents.

**Key skills and experience**:
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in communicating complex issues effectively to a diverse range of audiences.
- Relevant leadership experience including, leading, or mentoring a of a team of marketing, brand, campaign, or communications professionals.
- Considerable experience delivering marketing programs.
