We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Specialist to serve the customer loyalties, payments, and platform space. This role is perfect for a data specialist who excels in both stakeholder management and technical data analysis. You'll be heavily involved in the technical aspects, utilizing your expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and DH data sources. Additionally, you'll build reports in Tableau and manage stakeholder relationships to gather and understand requirements.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Utilise your in-depth analytical knowledge to design, develop, and deploy analytics models and insights for impactful business decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain reports in Tableau to support business needs.
- Analyse data using SQL, Python, and Excel to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain robust communication with business units, squad leads, and technical teams.
- Contribute to team rituals to foster connections and support a positive culture.

This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across Australia with a preference for those based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

**About You**

To be successful you’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in analytics, insights, or data science.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and familiarity with EDH environment and data sources.
- Proficiency in building reports using Tableau.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
- Excellent understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Statistics/Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
