Our client, a market leader in the building and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their dynamic team and spearhead national marketing operations. As a reputable industry leader, this business has thrived for over two decades by embracing innovation and sustainable growth. Renowned for their commitment to exceptional design, top-notch quality, efficient manufacturing, and outstanding customer service, they are well-respected leaders in the Australian market.
As Head of Marketing, reporting directly into the CEO, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across Residential, Commercial, and Trade sectors.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Direction**: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, enhancing brand awareness, demand generation, and market share.
- **Brand Stewardship**: Safeguard the consistency and growth of brand message, driving expansion and market diversification.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop the existing marketing team of 3, fostering their growth and maximising their potential.
- **Budget Management**: Ensure adherence to the marketing budget, adapting strategies in response to market dynamics.
- **Campaign and Content Innovation**: Design effective acquisition campaigns to meet lead and traffic targets, consistently refining approaches for optimal results. Oversee the creation of high-quality written content, and engaging comms that drive interaction and support SEO.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Deliver timely and insightful reporting to showcase campaign ROI and performance analysis.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Cultivate strong relationships with Trade and Commercial Partners. Establish, negotiate and leverage relationships with influencers, collaborators, and brand partners.
- **Market Expansion**: Drive growth in SQL and MQL generation, elevate website traffic, and refine strategies for Residential, Commercial and Trade.
- **Cross Functional** Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively within the Leadership Team, contributing valuable insights to drive business progress. Work in conjunction with internal business divisions to drive shared vision and goals.
**You’ll Require**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
- At least 10 years' experience in multifaceted brand marketing roles, including a minimum 5 years with leadership responsibilities.
- A self-starter with a positive, proactive, and creative mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships and build rapport.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, make informed decisions, and thrive under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to generate innovative marketing concepts.
- Capacity to devise practical activations solutions based on strategic insights and planning.
- Competence across the marketing spectrum, including integrated campaign communications, CRM, digital, social, comms/pr, sponsorships, inbound marketing and events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing.
