As a Town Planner at Calibre, you will provide technical expertise across a range of projects with a strong focus on both statutory assessment and strategic planning submissions.

Our planning capabilities include the opportunity to be part of the delivery team through the Development Application process for Master-planned Communities, and also leading our approvals management for detailed design and construction.

Day to day you will
- Engage directly with our valued Clients and approval agencies through all phases of the development cycle
- Work across numerous local, state and federal approvals (of which you will become highly familiar) to provide leadership, advice and interpretation.
- Liaise directly with our internal technical teams and external consulting organisations such as Landscape Architects and Electrical Engineers
- Prove integral to the success of our key developments and will aspire in leadership with a focus on solutions and outcomes.
- Work closely with document control using MS Office, Excel, PDF editing and online document software (such as Aconex)

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**
- Relevant qualifications in Town Planning/Planning studies
- 2-4 years of demonstrated/professional experience in a broad scope of development projects (including greenfield, brownfield and infill developments)
- Experience undertaking Planning Proposals for rezoning submissions as representations on planning controls on behalf of clients would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
