**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Secretariat Coordinator to join the CEO Office team based in Brisbane.
As a Secretariat Coordinator, you will provide company secretariat support for Australian Retirement Trust and its Directors. This will include:
- Providing Company Secretarial administrative support to the Australian Retirement Trust Board and Committees and the Subsidiary Boards, including but not limited to:
- Managing Board and Committee invites, action items and forward planners.
- Drafting agendas and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
- Preparing and distributing Board and Committee packs; and
- Completing post-meeting tasks such as updating registers.
- Assisting with managing the logistics of Board and Committee meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses.
- Assisting with coordinating Director inductions and training.
- Maintaining Statutory Records and submitting required ASIC lodgements.
- Ensuring that intranet content for the Company Secretariat team page is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Assisting with Fit and Proper Assessments and maintenance for the Australian Retirement Trust Board and Subsidiaries.
- Maintaining Company Secretariat procedures, checklists and registers as required.
This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.
**About you**

- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with people at all skill levels.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines.
- Well-developed attention to detail.
Administrative experience with organisations working at a corporate level in a legal or regulatory environment will be highly regarded.
