Job Description:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team full time in assisting in general clerical duties involved in the preparation for quoting and general sales enquiries, who has Graphics Design or industry related knowledge. This person will commence under guidance from the office manager and will progress as their knowledge of our processes and their quoting ability become stronger to become a part of our senior sales/design team.

Daily duties for an internal sales person under guidance from the office manager will include:
- To attend to basic sales enquiries and repetitive client orders.
- To do basic graphic design tasks for required client orders.
- To prepare and enter quotes, job sheets and job file information into our computer system.
- To follow up on quoted work.
- To set up hard copy files for large client projects.
- To forward project information and images to our digital marketing team for uploading onto all our marketing platforms.

Personal Qualities:
- To have good written and verbal communication skills.
- To be well presented and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
