Artcom Fabrication, a bespoke and leading signage and fabrication business located in

O'Connor, is seeking a highly organised, customer focused accounts receivable/receptionist

to work 8.30am to 3pm Tuesday, Thursday & Friday’s.

**The main responsibilities will be**:

- Answering phones, directing calls and forwarding communications
- Invoicing goods using MYOB
- Following up on unpaid accounts
- Processing and allocation of incoming client payments
- Preparation of client statements
- Filing, collating and photocopying
- Handling and distributing mail and couriers
- Recording matching, checking and batching of accounts
- Stock control of all stationery and office consumable items.
- General office and administrative duties
- Liaising with management sales & workshop team

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional digital organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, reliable and have attention to

detail
- Must have current driving licence
