Construction Supervisor

We are a well-established Demolition & Excavation Company based in Burton looking for a Construction Supervisor with supervising experience to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and adaptable as things can regularly change onsite. You will be responsible for maintaining the supporting paperwork, while making sure the job gets done in an efficient and compliant manner. You will need a good understanding of construction and or demolition processes.
We need someone proactive, reliable and competent who can work autonomously without too much consultation. Someone with the ability to manage people, educate and train staff and manage multiple jobs at once.
**The person we are seeking must have the following attributes**:
- Have supervising experience
- Able to manage multiple jobs and prioritise
- Ability to train and educate your team onsite with a hands on approach to jackhammer, quick cut, chainsaw, general power tool use
- Understanding of how to separate structural walls, safe removal of buildings on boundaries
- Ability to work over 5/6 days
- White card
- Drivers Licence
- Physically Fit
- Hands on with a can do attitude
- Punctual and presentable
- Understanding of Safework SA policies and procedures
- Good communicator
**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
