We are seeking a **Construction Supervisor **to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an “A” player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include**:

- A commitment to building quality homes on time and to budget
- Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Responding to client queries within required timeframes
- Organising the inspection of completed work to ensure that it meets the required Australian and company standards
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

Supervisory experience and three to five years of background experience within the building industry is preferred but not essential. Construction trade qualifications (or equivalent) will be viewed favourably.
