**About the role**
A well-respected & known client of mine are looking for a diligent Payroll Analyst to join the team for an initial project that has very strong chance for extension due to ongoing pipeline. You will report directly into the ANZ Payroll Manager, and work closely with the Payroll team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review historical holiday leave payments for the last 18 months
- Assess level of leave loading applicable to each employee
- Calculate the difference between actual payment and required payment
- Produce results using Excel before running payment.
- Work with payroll team to assist with ongoing improvements and make recommendations to assist the efficiency for the payroll team.
- Able to meet deadlines whilst producing a quality output.
- Strong knowledge of Australian holiday and leave loading awards/legislation
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Exquisite attention to detail
- Excellent excel skills (sumif formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables)
