**The Organisation**
Our client is one of Australia’s market leaders in a rapidly growing industry. Due to recent expansion, the need has arisen for an additional Payroll Administrator/Officer to support the payroll division. This role will be suited for those that are wanting to grow their career and is an expert with UKG Payroll/Kronos.

**Position Description**
Reporting directly into the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

- Preparation of payrolls
- Send Kronos Contractor report
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
- Data entry into Kronos
- Support Payroll Officer
- Answer and resolve any payroll related discrepancies or issues from employees

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Payroll Administration/Officer role along with the following attributes:

- UKG Payroll/Kronos (must have)
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel skills
