**Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes**:

- Support Worker Positions available for **Experienced applicants**:

- **Permanent Part-Time contracts** available with** hourly rate of $30.60p/h + 11% super**:

- Travel Allowance of **$0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time** between clients
- **Central Coast NSW **location and surrounding suburbs including** Gosford, Woy Woy, Avoca Beach, Kincumber, Central Mangrove, Mooney Mooney, Mount White, Box Head, Erina, Terrigal, Forresters Beach, The Entrance, Bateau Bay, Tumbi Umbi, Ourimbah, Wyong, Wyoming, Tuggerah, Gorokan, Noraville, Budgewoi, San Remo, Lake Haven, Halekulani, Wyee & Umina Beach**

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Sunday
- Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

**Your New Role**:

- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Social & Wellbeing**: accompany clients to appointments & outings
- **Safety Practices**: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
