**About the role**

Provide outstanding customer service and administration support to a variety of Financial Advisers and Members working in a great, stable team. Utilise your exceptional quality assurance skills in maintaining accurate information and correspondence.

**As part of your daily duties you will be responsible for**:

- Liaise and manage a range of phone calls and administration of queries and information from customers and the internal team
- Providing a high level of service to key internal and external parties
- Assisting with audits of client documentation

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven Customer Service and Administrative skills
- A willingness to be proactive and problem-solve
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
