We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to work as Customer Service Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration side of customer requests using our Salesforce platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative side of customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably with Salesforce experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid police check.
- Able to start immediately.
