Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to work as Customer Service Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration side of customer requests using our Salesforce platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative side of customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably with Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid police check.
  • Able to start immediately.
