**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annual

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create captivating documentation for their innovative services.

You will contribute to the enhancement of their documentation infrastructure, ensuring that the content is well-structured and easy to understand.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of teams including engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement,

ensuring accurate and effective documentation that accelerates user understanding and promotes the company's market-leading position.

The Role:

- Create clear and concise documentation to accelerate users from novice to power users.
- Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement teams.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring documentation matches software developments.
- Write, edit, and present information effectively.
- Coordinate illustrations, translations, and resolve documentation bugs.
- Liaise with training, development, and sales teams for accurate documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Solid technical writing experience.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with on-premise and SaaS products.
- Appreciation of technical concepts like HTML, J2EE, and XML.
- Experience with single sourcing authoring tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Degree-level education (preferred but not mandatory).
