**Looking for a passionate Head Barista/Manager to join our team at Untitled Cafe (Armstrong Creek)**
We're a busy little cafe in Armstrong Creek and we're on the hunt for an amazing Head Barista and Cafe Manager to join our crew We love what we do - serving up delicious coffee, tasty bagels, and good vibes - and we're looking for someone who shares our passion.

**Here's what you'll be up to**:
Keeping things running smoothly in the cafe
Leading our fantastic team and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued
Ensuring our customers have a great experience with friendly prompt service and quality food/drinks. Whilst also striving for excellent feedback to public online platforms
Training and mentoring our baristas to help them grow and develop their skills
Keeping our stock organized and up-to-date
Sorting out the staff roster
Bringing your positive energy and ideas to the table - we're always open to fresh perspectives

**What you'll need**:
Experience as a Cafe Manager
Awesome leadership and communication skills - you know how to motivate and inspire a team
A love for coffee and making people happy - it's what we're all about
The ability to stay organized and handle any curveballs that come your way

**What's in it for you**:

Full-time hours (40 per week)
One weekend off a month

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
