We have exciting opportunities for Barista / FoH Team Members to join the Cirka88 team based at Deakin University. We have full time / part time and casual positions available in line with cafe opening times, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00.

These roles are responsible for or efficiently managing, preparing (supporting kitchen team) and serving food and beverage items to customers, cash handling, whilst demonstrating a friendly and professional manner to ensure customers' expectations and satisfaction are met.

To succeed in this role we are looking for applicants who are able to demonstrate:
**Essential**
- An effective team player, with the ability to follow directions and adapt to changing environments.
- Great customer service skills, able to communicate in a friendly and open manner.
- Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to the agreed standard.
- Professional approach to work and positively represent the Cirka Catering / Libby Reid brand.
- Good understanding of safe working procedures and safety in the workplace.
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

**Desirable**
- Experience in hospitality / retail or similar service-based industry.
- Certificate II or III in Hospitality or related course.
- Exposure to fast paced working environment.
