**The Position**
- **This role works across Monday-Friday role with shift times being 7.30 am to 3.30pm.**_

**Key Duties**
- Assist with organising the team in the daily operational demands
- Support and supervise the delivery of service
- Lead, mentor and train the Cafe team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Responsible for staff mentoring, training and morale
- Ensure Food Safety Practice is followed and adhered too

**The Person**
- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with making and serving hot beverages and coffees
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
- Provide or be willing to obtain a COVID-19 proof of vaccination certificate + booster dose, flu vaccination and a National Police Clearance
- Previous experience as a leader within a hospitality environment is highly desirable._

**Salary**: $24.87 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairfield, VIC 3078: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (required)
