**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Analyst to join our Brisbane and/or Melbourne Real Estate Asset Creation and Investment Management team on a permanent basis. The Graduate role will play an important function in the support of our Investment Management teams managing key assets across our portfolio.

You will be integral in the support of the Investment Management team more widely providing support to the Investment Analyst and Investment Manager with a variety of tasks. Having completed or nearing completion of your studies, this is an ideal opportunity for someone in their early career stages looking to commence full-time work.

Key deliverables for this role include but are not limited to:

- Assist to identify, monitor, measure, report and implement property levers to assist with maximising investment performance and minimise downside risk.
- Participate in the development of Property Management P&L budget and Leasing strategy.
- Participate in monthly Centre meetings measuring Leasing, Design and Delivery and Property Management performance on efforts to maximise income, maximise sales, rationalise expenditure, minimise arrears and areas of risk.
- Collaborate with Investment Analysts, Investment Managers & the broader Asset Team to strategize and prepare short-medium & long-term asset strategies for multiple assets across a designated portfolio of land holdings.
- Work with Centre Management, Leasing, Finance and Legal teams to manage retailer and customer matters.
- Various administrative tasks which include database input entry and output review, feasibility and forecast modelling, preparing presentations, and ensuring clients’ ad hoc information needs are met.

You will also present with:

- Degree in Property Economics, Business, Economics, Commerce or relevant field.
- A detailed understanding of valuation methodology and investment analytical skills supported by practical experience.
- Understanding retail/commercial industry detailed environment.
- A reasonable understanding of the property development and delivery process.
- A heightened understanding of property, financial, legal and development issues surrounding major property investments.
- Strategic and lateral thinking.
- Passion for a career in property and investment management.
