Role Description

This is a full-time/ Part-time on-site role for a Graduate Demand Planning Analyst located in East Brisbane, QLD. The Graduate Demand Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. The role requires daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure accurate demand planning. This position will also involve monitoring market trends and adjusting forecasts accordingly to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Optimization and Minimization models
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Modeling Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and open to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Maths/ Operations Research/Data Science.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the food or FMCG industry is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
