- Sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality of information
It is a requirement of this position to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet all compliance requirements in relation to NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children’s Check, work rights and possess a current & valid driver’s license.
About the Role
The role will be onsite and located at Ermha’s Estate One office in Dandenong Sth. This role functions as receptionist to our Head Office and administrative assistant to our Corporate teams including Fleet & facility’s & HR.
The Receptionist & Administration Worker will be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls from stakeholders, potential service users, current participants, their carers and families, therefore the focus of the role will be, to provide high quality, efficient and effective reception services to all telephone callers, visitors and staff. The role will also be required to undertake administrative tasks to support the efficient running of client service delivery and corporate administration in the South East Region.
**The role entails**:
- Supporting fleet & facility’s management process & assets
- Adhering to COVID safe worksite plan, supporting risk management, distribution of PPE equipment
- Mailouts, printing, filing, updating information and ID cards
- Staff compliance administration
- Developing professional relationships with staff, external stakeholders and our clients
- Use of a variety of systems and navigating multiple platforms
