This Australian-based IT services organisation is changing the way customers view digital transformation. This company has a unique product and service offering and is currently looking to expand its Melbourne team. The vibrant team is looking to grow through the addition of a Client IT Manager that will be responsible for the customer understanding their current situation, risk and helping them make informed decisions.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Prioritize clients' business objectives, risks, and priorities and prepare budgets for initiatives.
- Understand the client's current IT environment and advise on improvement.
- Report on system health, present and explain IT reports.
- Manage client accounts, nurture relationships, and prepare quotes & proposals.
- Team collaboration to ensure seamless and efficient delivery.

**Experience Needed**
- MSP experience is not essential, but preferable.
- 5 years’ experience in supporting clients in relevant roles.
- Experience in advising clients, particularly in data backup and recovery, switching/firewall, server, and Azure infrastructure.
- High level of independence and strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep track of all tasks as the role requires multi-tasking.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
