El Jannah holds its roots in humble beginnings, with the dream to bring simple, soulful Lebanese-Australian food into the hands (and mouths) of hungry customers seeking a delicious feast. In 1998, we opened our first store in Granville, Sydney. More than 20 years on, our flavorsome menu has been tried, tested and perfected, finally ready for Victorians to get their hands on.

**Key Kitchen responsibilities**
- Cutting & Preparing Fresh Authentic Salads
- Cutting & Portioning Pickles
- Shredding Chicken for Rolls
- Assisting other sections where needed
- Help with dishwashing
- Making sure our restaurant keeps its high level of safety and hygiene standards
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Be a team player to support a smooth customer flow

**Ideal skills and experience**
- Previous experience in the fast food industry is preferred, but not essential. Just bring a keen attitude
- Working to a high level of energy and efficiency, we love a good vibe
- Keen interest to learn on the go, even adapt any new skill set
- Kindness is key, be courteous and customer focused
- Work at a fast pace, our legendary charcoal chicken will always be delivered hot
- Work as part of a team, become a part of our family
- Willingness to follow direction and procedures to align with our EJ values
