**Poultry Cutter**

El Jannah is seeking a Poultry Cutter to join our mission in providing quality products to our customers. The Poultry Cutter is a key member of the team who works in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality and hygienic products.

The Poultry Cutter must take pride in their wrok, as well as excellent knife skills and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly cut and trim poultry according to established standards
- Ensure quality control of all product
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all occupational health and safety guidelines
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and best practices
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Help maintain a clean and hygienic work space
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of working in a high-volume kitchen
- Previous experience as a Poultry Cutter
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15kgs and operate required equipment
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
